PLAY FOR THE CUP

The Wiffle®Ball Championship is a slow-pitch tournament open to players of all ages and skill levels. The Championship consists of a pool play qualification round on Saturday, July 27 and the Hometown Cup Playoffs on Sunday, July 28.

All teams will be guaranteed four games. The number of teams that qualify for Sunday's playoffs will be determined by the number of teams entered.

Rosters are comprised of at least four (4), but no more than five (5) players. Teams with all rostered players ages 13 and under may choose to play in the Junior Division by selecting that option on the registration form.

The pool play schedule will be released on Monday, July 22. Due to the expected size of the tournament field, teams should be available to play throughout the weekend. Special scheduling requests or accommodations cannot be guaranteed and may not be considered.

All steps of the registration process must be completed to secure a spot in the tournament field. No spots will be held for teams failing to complete all steps listed below.

1. Registration Form

Fill out the registration form with your team information. Rosters are not official until check-in on Saturday of the tournament. The Championship does not need to be informed of any changes made to your submitted roster before the day of the event.

2. Payment

Upon submission of your registration form, you will be redirected to the Payment page. There you can click the Buy Now button and pay your entry fee through PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account and can select to "Pay with Debit or Credit Card." The entry fee is $80 per team.

3. Confirmation

Once your registration form and payment are received, The Championship will send a "YOU'RE IN" email to confirm your spot. If you do not receive this email within 24 hours of completing both steps, contact Koby Keck at 574-876-2522 or ncnewts@gmail.com immediately.

Teams in the tournament field will be listed on the Teams page within 24 hours of completed registration.

SPORTSMANSHIP POLICY

All participants will be expected to behave in a sportsmanlike manner.  Anyone failing to do so will be removed from the event.  Smoking and the consumption of alcohol will not be permitted on the playing fields. Also, please treat school property with respect. Anyone ejected from the event WILL NOT be refunded.  This is intended to be fun.  Your cooperation will be greatly appreciated and will allow this event to continue in the future.
