In 2006, the tournament format moved from a one-day, double-elimination format to a two-day event, featuring pool play on Saturday and a single-elimination final on Sunday.  Proceeds from the 2006 tournament were donated to Hannah & Friends.

The Sultans of Swing took the crown, defeating The 4 Amigos in The Championship Game, 14-3.  It was the first title game played at Migley Field, which was built in July 2006.
